A word from the author:
Many publishers have released numerous bestiaries for the d20 system over the years, with different abilities, strengths, and weaknesses. I don and rsquo;t personally believe that there and rsquo;s such a thing as too many monster books. There and rsquo;s always a new beast or race that can be introduced to a campaign setting that has never been seen before. However, not every old monster draws the eye of a publisher to convert it to the current game system. For a while I converted them on my own as I needed to on a case by case basis for any and all adventures I ran with my group.
Due to certain circumstances, I ended searching for monsters that needed converting to the pathfinder ruleset and while doing so, I came across more that I couldn and rsquo;t believe hadn and rsquo;t already been switched over. As such, these were some of the monsters that I thought were interesting and different enough that other people might use in a game of their own. Some that could even fit as a final encounter.
Going forward, I strive to find more interesting monsters to bring over to the newest ruleset and introduce to the Purple Duck Games library of beasts.
