The southern seas of the Known Lands are home to a great many islands, some of which appear on no map. Given the treacherous nature of the seas, few of these islands are home to more than a handful of inhabitants, and most hold secrets that those on the mainland cannot even guess. But few are as dangerous as the island known as Steelspire.
Steelspire appears on no map. It is home to a brilliant but deranged arcanist known as Jeremortus, a man from Le'Ciel who was witness to a vision to destroy the Darkfall, but at a terrible cost. His quest is all-consuming, and any who cross his path are crusehd or consumed in the effort to save the Known Lands from absolute destruction. Is he mad? Or is he the savior that the world of Aden so desperately needs? No one knows.
