The example labels are for a Dungeons and Dragons setting, however additionally to that version this package also provides you with versions without labels, without labels and the sigil, and completely without any decorations at all.
Additionally to that you get each version as a day and night version!
Your custom labels can easily be added with something as simple as MS Paint, and the map is large enough to provide space for dozens of them, should you want as many as that.
