GM's Maps #39: Wealthy Suburban House

Map making can be time-consuming and sometimes frustrating for GMs, especially GMs with limited time to begin with. In our new 'GM's Maps' range, we will be providing a range of pre-made maps for you to use in your games.

The map presented in this product depicts an expensive suburban house, the sort that might be owned by an upper-middle-class family. The detached five bedroom house provides a comfortable living space for a family and sports its own library, gym and sun-room as well as a very sizeable dining room, living room and two sitting rooms.

The house represented here is suitable for games set in the 20^th or 21^st century or the near future. It would be ideal as a home for reasonably wealthy PCs. NPCs or villains or as a haunted house (Not all gothic horror needs to be set in the 19^th century, after all!). In a heist game perhaps the PCs have to steal something from the house without being found out. Used in a post-apocalypse setting it may be a valuable place to scavenge or to loot for supplies. In a superhero game, the house could make an inconspicuous base for a small group of heroes or villains. It could also make an interesting place for characters to have to defend against a horde of zombies in a survival horror campaign, - look out for all the vulnerable glass in that sun-room and the glass doors between it and the dining room!

The house is such that it could be situated in most countries of the world.
