The Rally Cry Universe is full of courageous heroes and vile villains. It mirrors our world in many ways but the differences are great. Enormous structures called Arcologies have replaced several cities worldwide. Many national boundaries have been re-drawn. America and Canada have formed the North American Union and much of Europe now flies one flag. There are habitats on the Moon and Mars and exploration has begun on one of Saturn and rsquo;s moons.

Things like cancer and AIDS have been eradicated and people are living longer lives. Cybernetics replace shattered limbs and bionics are used to replace injured organs. Hunger is a thing of the past and even isolated nations have things like electricity and running water.
