The roster of the Overlords includes criminals from and nbsp;all over the world. Some are empowered with super
human abilities. Others are possessed of extraordinary skills. But whatever their specializations, these criminals use their talents to aid in the nefarious schemes of their allies within the organization.

Crusher (PL 10): A nigh-invulnerable NYC street thug.

Gorgon (PL 9): A Belgian petrifier made of living stone.

Hypershock (PL 8): An Australian in a stolen electrical suit.

Lasher (PL 8): A British dominatrix with electro-whips.

Nightfall (PL 8): A physicist with shadow powers, and a taste for vengeance.

Outback Jack (PL 8): A trick boomerang-wielding illegal game hunter.
