This is a modern list of 100 different items that could be found by players at craft fairs and farmers' markets. These items are all described in detail, and include food and hand made crafts. Whether or not the items are actually useful may be down to how creative players are. They could be found following an apocalyptic event, which could result in the food items being less viable, or simply used as scenery during a normal adventure.
